Neonatal Nurse Practitioner PT/FT

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP/APP) sought for Elmhurst Hospital, IL, to provide autonomous and collaborative care in L&D, newborn nursery, and NICU, including resuscitation, diagnosis, and long-term newborn care. Role requires independent patient care under physician supervision, documentation accuracy, and active participation in policy review, quality improvement, and clinical research. Flexible hours with both part-time (avg 20 hrs/wk) and full-time (avg 40 hrs/wk) options; 24/7 unit staffing; sign-on bonus for experienced candidates. Applicants must hold IL APRN licensure, DEA, IL CS license, NCC Neonatal NP certification, BLS, and NRP, with master’s degree in neonatal specialty and 5+ years of IP newborn or relevant pediatric experience preferred.
