Job Summary
Provide neonatal-perinatal medicine care through 16-hour night shifts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM on an inpatient, on-site basis at a Level II NICU in Florida. Attendance at all C-sections and all pre-term deliveries at 34 weeks gestation and less is required. The average daily census is approximately six neonatal patients, supported by two physicians and two other NNPs. This one-week-on, one-week-off schedule includes no call responsibilities. Board certification is required for this locum tenens assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Prescriptive Authority
- Attendance at all C-sections
- Attendance at all pre-term deliveries at 34 weeks gestation and less
- Night shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM (16-hour shift)
- One week on, one week off schedule
- Inpatient, on-site basis at a Level II NICU in Florida
