Job Summary
Registered Nurse NICU Level IV in full-time night shift at Medical City Dallas (Neonatal ICU RN). Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, planning and evaluating patient care plans, supervising non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope, and incorporating teaching into nursing practice. Requirements include ADN/BSN, Texas RN license (or compact), 1 year NICU experience (Level III/IV), STABLE and Neonate Resuscitation within specified timeframes, BCLS, and PALS. Sign-on bonus of up to $30k. Located at Medical City Dallas in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- ADN / BSN required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)
- Texas State RN license or compact license accepted
- One (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
