Job Summary
NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (LEVEL IV) REGISTERED NURSE – FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT 7P-7A in Addison, TX. The RN NICU provides clinical expertise and high-quality care in a 108-bed Level IV NICU, performing comprehensive nursing assessments, Plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and supervising non-licensed nursing staff while incorporating teaching into nursing practice. Requires ADN/BSN (Magnet Hospital), Texas RN license or compact license, 1 year NICU experience (Level III/IV), STABLE within 18 months, Neonate Resuscitate within 6 months, BCLS within 30 days, PALS. Required Qualifications
- ADN / BSN is required
- Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
- Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
