Job Summary
Level IV NICU RN provides comprehensive nursing care in a 108-bed NICU, performing assessments, planning and evaluating care, supervising non-licensed staff, and incorporating teaching into practice. Requires ADN/BSN with enrollment/completion, Texas RN license (or compact), NICU experience, STABLE, Neonatal Resuscitation, BCLS, and PALS. Night shift in a full-time role at Medical City Dallas (HCA Healthcare) with a possible $30k sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- ADN / BSN is required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)
- Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
- Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
