Job Summary
Registered Nurse NICU in a Level IV NICU (7P-7A; full-time night shift) at Medical City Dallas within an 108-bed unit. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, planning and evaluating patient care plans, supervising non-licensed nursing staff, and incorporating teaching into practice. Must hold ADN or BSN, Texas RN license (or compact), and have 1 year of recent Level III/IV NICU experience in an acute care hospital; certifications include STABLE, Neonatal Resuscitation, BCLS within specified timelines, and PALS. Eligible for a $30k sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- ADN or BSN required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion
- Texas State RN license or compact license accepted
- 1 year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
