Neonatal ICU Clinical Nurse Coord - RN Supervisor

Clinical Nurse Coordinator leads NICU care in a Level IV NICU, coordinating unit functions during designated shifts and directing nursing care in alignment with established policies. Works with management to monitor quality of patient care, collaborates with team members to improve outcomes, supports a patient-first philosophy, drives staff engagement and service initiatives, participates in interviewing, training, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed, and assists with staff scheduling and inventory control to ensure efficient operations.
