Job Summary
Neonatal ICU NICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator leading night-shift nursing operations in a Level IV NICU. Manages admission/discharge processes for efficient throughput, monitors and improves patient care quality, collaborates with management to create a teamwork-focused environment, supports patient-first care and service recovery, and helps implement nursing strategies and initiatives. Responsible for staff interviewing, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and labor productivity within established guidelines; assists with inventory control and equipment management to ensure unit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NTD Cardiac Stable Module must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- BSN required
- Minimum 1 year Level IV Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Charge Nurse experience required
