Job Summary
Be part of a BE/BC Neonatal Hospitalist team across two Bay Area centers (San Francisco and Burlingame) within Sutter West Bay Medical Group. Responsibilities include neonatal inpatient care and delivery attendance, night coverage alongside the in-house neonatology team, active well-baby service support, transport services and high-risk perinatal navigation, and collaboration with neonatologists, obstetricians, and L&D teams to ensure seamless care. Access to comprehensive pediatric subspecialty programs (including small baby unit, neurocritical care, and neonatal surgery) through partnership with Stanford Children's Hospital. At Mills-Peninsula, inpatient management for newborns (primarily Level I) and coverage of a 6-bed Level II Special Care Nursery, with a focus on respiratory distress, jaundice, feeding difficulties, and late-preterm infants. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Pediatrics
- Active California medical license (preferred; required before start date)
