NEMT Transport Driver

NEMT Transport Driver for America West Transportation LLC. Deliver wheelchair transport services with a focus on safety, comfort, and timeliness; assist clients getting in and out of the vehicle and provide door-to-door service. Conduct pre-inspection checks on vehicles, ensure proper storage of items, and drive clients to destinations safely. Must have a valid state driver’s license or CDL, a high school diploma or GED preferred, CPR/First Aid preferred, and be familiar with the driving region. Experience with corporate/paratransit clients and elderly populations is a plus; must undergo background and drug screening per pre-employment requirements. Work location is on the road locally in the Springfield, OR region.
