Job Summary
As Nekter Associate, Shoreview, you will prepare refreshments following Nekter recipes, maintain drink consistency, and deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, and adherence to state health codes while handling food. You will learn product knowledge to support exceptional service, maintain drink consistency, and participate in a training program designed to develop stakeholders and emerging leaders. Availability is required from 3 pm to 7 pm, with 15–25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Benefits include weekly pay, 20% discount, vacation/holiday pay, and 401k among others.
