Neighbourhood Response Manager

Lead a regional Neighbourhood Response Team to deliver high-standard neighbourhood and estate services across North London; collaborate with residents, other departments, groups and external partners to identify priorities, motivate and develop staff, and ensure compliance with housing legislation while delivering results. The role requires strong leadership, influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to travel across regions; hybrid working pattern with a base in Corsica Street, London or Wrights Road, London, and in-office presence at least three days per week.
