Job Summary
The Neighborhood Superintendent will oversee all construction activities and ensure project completion meets quality workmanship standards. Responsibilities include supervising field personnel, maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing safety regulations, and managing documentation throughout the project. Ideal candidates should possess leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 3-5 Years of project supervision experience, multifamily & production building sector
- Extensive safety knowledge and OSHA training
- General computer proficiency including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and programs
- Technical knowledge in production and wood frame construction
