Job Summary
Neighborhood Sales Manager drives sales by designing and implementing strategies, builds and maintains relationships with prospective homebuyers, guides clients through the sales journey with Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, stays current on market trends, ensures accurate marketing materials and CRM records, delivers outstanding customer service, and advocates for First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice; relies on Salesforce, HB1, and Microsoft Office to track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals, while maintaining data integrity and pursuing a superior homebuyer experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder
- Available to work weekends
- Excited to collaborate in a team environment
- Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
