Job Summary
NSM to design and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed objectives, cultivate relationships with prospective homebuyers, guide clients through the homebuying journey, coordinate with Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, perform market research to stay current on trends, ensure accurate POS and marketing materials, maintain meticulous CRM records of leads and closed deals, deliver outstanding customer service, and advocate for the lender of choice (First Heritage Mortgage) to provide an exceptional homebuying experience. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced team, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a focus on delivering a high capture rate with reliable data tracking.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder
- Available to work weekends
- Excited to collaborate in a team environment
- Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
