Job Summary
Neighborhood Sales Counselor who will manage the daily operations of the community sales office, drive sales and closing goals, showcase homes, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide prospects through the homebuying process from initial contact to closing. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects online and in person, conducting model demonstrations, following up on leads from diverse sources, supporting buyers through contracts, financing, and options selection, maintaining CRM records, building strong realtor relationships, coordinating broker meetings, conducting CMAs, and ensuring the model homes and sales center are presentable and well-stocked. The role requires staying informed on market activity, reporting insights, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer experience, while achieving division and community-specific sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State)
- 1–3+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales and deliver strong customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Windows, and CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software and tools
