Job Summary
Neighborhood Sales Counselor responsible for managing the community sales office operations, showcasing homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding prospects through the homebuying process from initial contact to closing. Focus on achieving monthly sales targets within defined margins; engage with prospects online and in person, conduct model demonstrations, identify buyer needs, and lead them through the sales process. Maintain CRM records, build relationships with realtors, coordinate broker meetings and trainings, generate traffic through calls, social media, events, and realtor outreach, and ensure model homes and sales center are presentable. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience, perform competitive market analysis and shop the competition, complete CMAs regularly, monitor customer experience metrics, and support buyers through contracts, financing, options selection, and construction. Ensure compliance with safety and field requirements; travel to jobsites as needed in a primarily office- and field-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State)
- 1–3+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales and deliver strong customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Windows, and CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software and tools
