Job Summary
Manage the daily operations of the community sales office by showcasing homes, guiding prospects through the homebuying process from initial contact to closing, and achieving monthly sales targets within defined profit margins. Proactively follow up on leads from self-prospecting, referrals, marketing campaigns, and realtors while maintaining accurate records in HubSpot and completing required reports. Ensure model homes and sales centers remain operational, conduct competitive market analysis with monthly Comparative Market Analyses, and monitor Eliant Survey Scores to uphold customer experience standards. Build strong relationships with realtors, attend broker meetings, and coordinate market-specific trainings to deepen understanding of the current landscape. Work in both office and field settings, including active construction sites, requiring a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle regularly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State)
- 1-3+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to close sales and deliver strong customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Windows, and CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Quick to learn and adapt to new software and tools
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Full-color vision
- Adequate hearing
- Ability to communicate clearly and type efficiently
- Ability to sit, stand, walk (including uneven terrain), bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift or carry items up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency with computers, including the use of a keyboard and calculator
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
