Job Summary
Manage the entire construction process from start to finish by overseeing quality control, scheduling trade partners, and maintaining site safety and efficiency. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed on time by coordinating with inspection partners, homebuyers, and homeowners. Order building materials, review home selections, and build relationships with sales, purchasing, and construction teams. Read blueprints, confirm selections for each home, and communicate clearly with local government entities. Maintain daily operations at your assigned neighborhood while prioritizing timely completion and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Residential construction experience
- Proficient in reading blueprints and site plans
- Excited to collaborate in a team environment
- Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
- Has used a customer service approach in previous work
- Ability to learn various technologies utilized on the job
