Job Summary
Neighborhood Assistant (Part-Time Evening Shift) in New London, MN. Provide resident support and life-enrichment in a brand-new community: assist with mealtime service and cleanup, help residents move safely, and perform light housekeeping. Lead or assist with group and one-on-one activities including exercise and wellness, devotionals and spiritual engagement, crafts, games, and social gatherings, as well as music and pet therapy experiences. Ideal for someone with a caring, positive, team-oriented attitude, strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate approach to care. Training provided and ongoing support offered.
