Job Summary
Neighborhood Assistant providing care and life-enrichment support to tenants: assist with meals, mobility, room-to-room transfers, housekeeping (making beds, cleaning rooms), and lead/participate in group activities including exercise, devotionals, crafts, art, cards, and music or pet therapy. Works at Bethesda’s brand-new location in New London, MN on part-time shifts including every other weekend and every other holiday, Day shift 6:30am–3:00pm. No diploma, degree, or certificate required; prior experience is helpful but not required.
