Négociateur immobilier – Location & gestion locative (H/F)

Conduct commercial outreach by contacting prospects, presenting property management offers, and securing new management mandates. Advise clients on tailored solutions, manage prospect follow-up until contract signature, and organize prospecting actions including phoning and portfolio visits. Estimate rental values after property tours, draft management proposals, and collect necessary documentation. Develop the agency network within the region and promote contact contribution programs. Visit agency collaborators in the perimeter for meetings. Based in Paris 17e with occasional to full-day travel. Requires BTS Professions Immobilières and approximately 10 years in leasing.
