Job Summary
Conduct live, interactive online classes via Zoom for NEET and IIT-JEE aspirants, teaching Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology with a focus on concept clarity and problem-solving. Adapt methods to student levels from Foundation to Advanced while maintaining high energy through quizzes, discussions, and real-time feedback. Share session summaries within eight hours, assign practice questions, and provide regular performance updates to students and parents. Track individual progress to identify weak areas and ensure punctuality to support student retention and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation or Post-graduation in a relevant field such as B.Sc, B.E / B.Tech, M.Sc, MBBS, or equivalent
- Strong academic background in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology
- Proficiency in at least one subject: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology
- Teaching experience must be relevant to the subject applied for
- Strong conceptual understanding (NCERT + advanced level for JEE/NEET)
- Well-versed in the latest teaching methods and course curriculum
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Good command over English with clear and fluent communication
- Ability to create interactive and student-friendly learning environments
- High energy levels and strong student engagement skills
- Interest in exploring innovative and effective teaching methods
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow continuously
- Passion for teaching and improving student outcomes
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and similar software
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom
- Comfortable using digital tools like whiteboards, tablets, or touch devices
- Ability to handle basic technical setup independently
- Comfortable using devices such as laptops/desktops, microphones, webcams, and digital writing tools
- Ability to conduct sessions in a quiet and distraction-free environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 5+ years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent demo performance can apply
- Prior experience in a professional teaching setup is an advantage
