Needs assessor

Evaluate a youth's needs and determine the best resources or services to address those needs. Complete a BioPsychoSocial Assessment (BPS) in the home or community setting, coordinating with an independent, licensed clinician who meets with the youth and family throughout the state of NJ to determine treatment needs and plan for mental health services. This assessment is necessary for children entering the Children's System of Care and serves as one of the first steps in initiating services. Applicants must be licensed in NJ as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, hold a valid NJ driver's license in good standing, and bilingual status is a plus.
