Job Summary
Administer Level of Needs (LON) assessments to individuals with developmental disabilities by meeting primarily via video and occasionally in-person with participants, families, guardians, and caregivers. Complete structured forms and reports within established timeframes after receiving training on the assessment methodology. Work remotely from a home office with occasional travel to Boise, Ada County, and surrounding areas. This temporary, two-to-five-month project commences mid-October and offers a $3,500 retention bonus upon completion.
