Need Weekend Care For A Nurse

Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit, ensuring direct and proper care for every patient. Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current conditions to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments, while reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and a valid North Carolina or Compact state license. BLS certification is required.
