Job Summary
Conduct lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, eviction services, roof work, winterizations, and bid preparation for property preservation clients. Perform inspections and rehabilitation work, including GC tasks if licensed. Maintain your own vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone. Submit bids and reports while completing assigned tasks in Garner City, NC. On-time payments and transparent bidding processes are guaranteed for approved contractors.
