Job Summary
Conduct initial grass cutting, edging, and bid preparation across the full county. Complete lawn maintenance, boarding, lock changes, minor and major repairs, eviction services, roof repairs, winterization, inspections, and rehab work as assigned. Submit bids and reports while adhering to non-competitive bidding processes. Cover the entire county with reliable, timely delivery of work order completions. Pass Aspen Grove background check. Partner with natPROpres, a nationwide property preservation leader, to provide outstanding services to clients throughout the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to submit to and pass Aspen Grove background check
- Must be able to cover the full county they live in
- Must be able to complete Lawn Maintenance
- Must be able to complete Boarding
- Must be able to complete Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
- Must be able to complete Minor Repairs
- Must be able to complete Major Repairs
- Must be able to complete Eviction Services
- Must be able to complete Roof Repair
- Must be able to complete Replacement & Tarps
- Must be able to complete Winterization
- Must be able to complete Prepare Bids & Reports
- Must be able to complete Inspections
- Must be able to complete Rehab (GC work if you have a license)
- Must be able to complete Additional items as assigned
- Must be reliable
- Must be dependable
- Must be committed to timely delivery of work order completions
