Job Summary
Support customers via phone, live chat, and email by answering inquiries regarding payments and withdrawals while processing KYC documentation and performing account security checks. Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams to execute safety controls on transactions and analyze customer trends to signal process improvements. Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all interactions while contributing to team service level goals. This role involves a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays within a hybrid model allowing up to 40 days of fully remote work per year. The position offers a relocation package, private health insurance, and performance-based bonuses for a Dutch-speaking specialist joining an innovative international iGaming organization in Malta.
Required Qualifications
- Nederlandstalige Customer Support Specialist
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands
- goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Ervaring in customer support
