Job Summary
Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and supporting major projects with aspects of delivery. Ensure client objectives are met while delivering projects to time, cost, and quality targets. Manage commissions typically ranging from £1m to £10m, supporting clients in transitioning to Net Zero and addressing wider sustainability changes. Maintain expertise in NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contract administration, working with multiple stakeholders within these frameworks. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. This role requires a sole UK national with UK MoD Security Clearance to access sensitive projects.
Required Qualifications
- SOLE UK National
- ability to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC)
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a focus on NEC contracts
- Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
- Self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the framework of NEC contracts
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it pertains to NEC contracts
- Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject
- 60% of your time on client sites or Turner & Townsend offices
Desired Qualifications
- Already holding SC Clearance
- NEC accreditation
- chartered / qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc
