Job Summary
Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and supporting clients to transition to Net Zero while meeting time, cost, and quality targets. Manage projects typically ranging from £1m to £10m, ensuring adherence to NEC contracts and CDM/site health and safety standards. Work with multiple stakeholders to deliver ambitious infrastructure programmes in Defence, Rail, Water/Utilities, or Highways sectors. Maintain UK MoD Security Clearance as a sole UK national, balancing 60% site or office attendance with hybrid working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- SOLE UK National
- ability to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC)
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a focus on NEC contracts
- Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
- Self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the framework of NEC contracts
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it pertains to NEC contracts
- Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject
- 60% of time on client sites or Turner & Townsend offices
- ability to travel
- SOX control responsibilities adherence
Desired Qualifications
- NEC accreditation
- chartered / qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc
