Job Summary
Conduct NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager duties, leading the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the full lifecycle. Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders while navigating complexity to identify risks and drive practical solutions. Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, champion excellence in project controls, commercial management, health, safety, quality, and environmental performance, and support the development and mentoring of emerging talent. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven NEC3 and NEC4 ECC contract management experience, operating in a named ECC Project Manager role or having completed a representative role within the last 12 months
- Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management, delivering successful outcomes across the project lifecycle
- Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire teams, provide clear direction and succeed in complex or ambiguous environments
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound commercial judgement
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial management within major projects or programmes
- Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset, natural curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
