Bailey Education Group seeks a Nebraska Secondary ELA Instructional Coach to support Nebraska schools through modeling, feedback, collaboration, and professional learning. This 1099 Consultant position involves implementing Secondary ELA standards and curriculum, facilitating high-quality professional development, conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback, modeling lessons or co-teaching, coaching teachers in foundational literacy, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing, analyzing student data to identify instructional needs, collaborating with school teams to improve planning and outcomes, and building trusting relationships to promote growth and sustained improvement.
