Job Summary
Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Deliver evidence-based treatment while prescribing medications as appropriate, including Suboxone for opioid use disorder. Complete documentation in the Healthie EHR and answer member questions. Collaborate with a team of counselors, therapists, and case managers through scheduled meetings. Maintain an active, unrestricted Nebraska PMHNP license and DEA registration. Requires at least two years of experience, preferably in addiction or mental health, with comfort using mobile technology and EHRs.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable PMHNP license in the state(s) where you practice, as well as your state of residence if it is not Nebraska
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction or mental health treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone
- Active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
