Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling. No minimum or maximum caseload requirements apply, and the role includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
- No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
- No non-compete agreements
