Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling. No non-compete agreements apply, and the LBA Expansion Program provides support for obtaining Nebraska licensure.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
