Job Summary
Conduct outside sales by servicing existing accounts, sourcing new opportunities through cold calls and emails, and setting up new accounts to increase market share. Maintain client displays, analyze product needs and market trends, and promptly resolve customer concerns while keeping clients informed on new offerings and pricing. Answer incoming inquiries, provide extensive product knowledge, and report daily on sales calls. Travel within the designated territory to meet and exceed sales plans.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in either the tile and stone industry, builder industry, or design industry
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and personable
- Team player who enjoys a challenge
- Ability to interact with people on all levels, ensuring that all external and internal communication is carried out to a high standard
- An independent problem solver, resourceful and collaborative
- Well organized with the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the business
- Must be a critical thinker and clear communicator
- Drivers License (must provide current MVR)
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory
