Job Summary
Service existing accounts to nurture relationships and increase sales while sourcing new opportunities through cold calls and emails. Set up new accounts to boost market share, maintain client displays, and analyze product needs and market trends. Promptly answer inquiries, resolve complaints with fair solutions, and keep clients informed on new offerings and pricing. Maintain extensive product knowledge and brand understanding while communicating daily sales reports. Travel within the designated territory to meet and exceed sales plans.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in either the tile and stone industry, builder industry, or design industry
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and personable
- Team player who enjoys a challenge
- Ability to interact with people on all levels, ensuring that all external and internal communication is carried out to a high standard
- An independent problem solver, resourceful and collaborative
- Well organized with the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the business
- Must be a critical thinker and clear communicator
- Drivers License (must provide current MVR)
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory
