Job Summary
Generate sales by servicing existing accounts, sourcing new opportunities through outbound calls and emails, and setting up new accounts to increase market share. Analyze client product needs, growth patterns, and market trends while maintaining extensive knowledge of AlysEdwards' tile and stone product lines. Set up and maintain client displays and merchandising samples, promptly answering inquiries and resolving concerns with viable solutions. Keep clients informed about new products and offerings while reporting daily or weekly on sales calls. Requires a driver's license, ability to travel within the designated territory, and experience in the tile, builder, or design industries.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in either the tile and stone industry, builder industry, or design industry
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and personable
- Team player who enjoys a challenge
- Ability to interact with people on all levels, ensuring that all external and internal communication is carried out to a high standard
- An independent problem solver, resourceful and collaborative
- Well organized with the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the business
- Must be a critical thinker and clear communicator
- Drivers License (must provide current MVR)
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory
