Job Summary
Assist Senior Technicians in the set up and calibration of testing equipment and execute Non Destructive testing techniques in the field. Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including First Aid, Confined Space, and H2S Alive certifications. Work at heights and in confined spaces while lifting 50 pounds, and be prepared to travel throughout Canada for extended periods and work extended hours when required. Candidates must reside in the Calgary, AB area and hold a valid driver's license. Preference is given to those with formal NDT classroom training and industrial field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Adherence to safety regulations
- Candidates must reside in the Calgary, AB area
- Ability and willingness to certify as a IRATA (Rope Access) Technician
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to Work in confined spaces
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work away from home for extended periods
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada to complete inspection projects
Desired Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with formal NDT classroom training
- Safety certifications: First Aid, Confined Space, H2S Alive, and Fall Protection
- Industrial field experience
