NDT Trainee/Apprentice Aerospace

Job Summary
Entry-level NDT Assistant role to support certified technicians across client sites, assisting with setup and execution of nondestructive testing (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.), preparing materials and equipment, supporting radiographic safety, transporting and maintaining gear, completing field documentation, and adhering to safety practices and life-critical expectations. Ideal for candidates with basic NDT familiarity, willingness to travel, and ability to work in varied industrial environments (oil & gas, nuclear, aerospace, municipal). Strong emphasis on safety, hands-on tool experience, and potential growth into broader inspection or leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials
- Willingness to travel and work in various environments typically found in Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, Municipality, Aerospace, and other type settings
- Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
