Job Summary
The NDT Helper supports the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) department, assisting with material preparation, equipment maintenance, and ensuring inspection processes are executed per established procedures. Responsibilities include following procedures for product quality compliance, supporting the calibration and evaluation of test data, operating and maintaining NDT equipment, transporting materials, reporting equipment issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires collaboration with NDT inspectors and strong technical reasoning skills, with a preference for candidates who possess a basic understanding of NDT techniques and relevant industrial experience.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO education level (technical or administrative focus)
- 1â3 years of experience in a similar industrial or technical role
- Familiarity with NDT methods, production processes, and material types used in manufacturing
- Strong technical and logical reasoning skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of NDT techniques and quality assurance procedures
- Experience in industrial environments involving inspection or maintenance activities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications
