Job Summary
Lead the HR function for Nidecker SA and Equip Sport SA by managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance reviews, payroll coordination, and compliance with Swiss employment law. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and strategic initiatives while overseeing HR operations, policy development, and HRIS optimization. Manage one direct report to ensure high service delivery and drive continuous improvement across people practices. Support Group-wide alignment on shared systems and employer branding to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Experience coordinating payroll with an external provider
- Experience with HRIS implementation, optimisation or administration
- Strong organisational, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Swiss HR certification (HRSE)
- Experience supporting international or multi-entity organisations
