Job Summary
Hands-on Accounting Manager to lead AP, AR, and Credit across Switzerland and Asia, own month-end close, drive process improvements, and supervise a distributed team; ensure Swiss GAAP FER compliance, internal controls, and high-quality financial reporting; leverage ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), partner with Sales on credit and collections, and provide insightful variance and cash-flow analyses; role requires multilingual collaboration, strong leadership, and a strategic-operational mindset; role sits within a global board-sports group and reports to Head of Finance across multiple entities and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in operational finance
- experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER) and VAT
- Experience in a multi-entity, international environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus
- Strong leadership presence with accountability and performance
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
