Job Summary
To support participants on the Central Coast NSW with disability and mental health needs by helping them increase independence and participation in everyday activities (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care), develop community access plans, reduce social isolation, and create engaging activities aligned with participants' goals and personal choice within the framework of respect for their needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability/Mental Health or equivalent qualification
- A current Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Training – Worker Orientation Module
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting people with disabilities
