Job Summary
Process and reconcile NDIS invoices with high accuracy while ensuring compliance with funding agreements and company policies. Engage directly with participants and families to respond to inquiries, explain funding categories, and provide timely information via phone and email. Maintain up-to-date participant profiles and notes in the Careview CRM database, conducting regular audits to ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements. Assist the team with general administration, data entry, reporting tasks, and resolving provider invoicing issues. Maintain knowledge of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and operational standards to support stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education
- A degree or diploma with some relevant work experience
- a lesser qualification with relevant experience
- Fluent and articulate in English
- Experience using Microsoft 365 Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and customer and business management systems and platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the NDIS regulations and guidelines, including funding categories, funding periods, service agreements, and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in administration, accounting, customer service, managing financial records, providing support, relationship building, and developing efficient workflows
- Fluent in a second language
- Ability to work with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, including people living with a disability, cultural diversity and languages other than English
