Job Summary

NDIS Intake and Scheduling Officer (Maroochydore, QLD) coordinates referrals and guides participants through service options as part of Ability Action Australia’s Concierge (Intake) Team. You will allocate referrals to ensure timely services, collaborate with NDIS stakeholders to convert enquiries into referrals, provide tailored information about services and the NDIS scheme, work with operational teams to ensure smooth intake and service delivery, manage funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available and used appropriately, and maintain accurate case records documenting plans, progress, and interactions. Requires understanding of person-centred practice and NDIS principles, experience in intake or client-facing roles, strong customer engagement and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems. Holds NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). This is an in-office role located in Maroochydore, Australia, with a commitment to inclusive employment and accessibility.
