NDIS Allied Health Professionals (Casual)

Job Summary

Create and deliver evidence-based, practical interventions for individuals and small groups to support NDIS participants, primarily young adults, in building independence, social skills, and pathways to employment or education. Document participant progress and achievement towards goals, while writing NDIS reports and recommendations. Work directly with participants, families, and support networks to contribute ideas as the service grows. Hours range from 3 hours per week and are flexible. This role is ideal for Allied Health professionals seeking creative, person-centred practice within a founding team focused on real, everyday outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • A relevant Allied Health qualification and registration (AHPRA or equivalent registration)
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
  • Confidence working with participants and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in allied health (NDIS helpful, but not essential)
  • Experience or interest in developing short therapeutic, capacity building programs
  • A genuine interest in person-centred, strengths-based practice
