NDG Senior Account Management Specialist

Senior NDG Account Management Specialist serves as a primary client-operational contact, delivering timely, accurate support and handling complex account activities from openings and onboarding through maintenance, signer updates, and CD renewals. Responsibilities include validating client documentation for CIP and Beneficial Ownership compliance, collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, identifying risks, and driving process improvements to enhance the client experience. The role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The position supports remote work with opportunities to coordinate in-office as needed and involves participating in client calls and events, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and providing Tier 1 coverage for routine requests. Preferred qualifications include experience in commercial banking (HOA, Escrow, NIL servicing) and an associate or bachelor’s degree.
