NDE Technician – Level II MT/PT

Job Summary
Perform NDE inspections and quality testing in accordance with established procedures, industry standards, customer specifications, and project requirements. Execute Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT), alongside dimensional inspection, material verification, leak testing, and receipt inspection. Set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain NDE equipment and associated instrumentation. Evaluate, interpret, and document inspection results accurately; prepare reports and maintain quality documentation. Identify and report defects, nonconformances, and quality concerns. Provide oversight and discipline-specific guidance to Level I NDE personnel. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory standards to ensure a clean, safe work environment. Day and night shift opportunities available with a 10% night shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Level II Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) certification
- Level II Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Level II Visual Testing (VT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous NDE/NDT experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment
- Additional NDE/NDT certifications
- Ability to read and understand inspection procedures, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
- Ability to accurately document inspection results and maintain required quality records
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to provide guidance and oversight to Level I personnel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
